Moon Cheese Restaurant

We came here when our flight was cancelled. Emily (the owner) took care of our group of 5 and provided exceptional service and lunch for us. The place had a great vibe and was decorated with fun art. There was board and card games for the kids to play to kill time and the food was insanely good!!

My server Ana is the best and qué lindo!!! We asked if she could light our delicious cheese fries on fire, and she gave us el incendio mas grande!! We tried deditos de queso, empanadas, ultimate cheese fries, wings, and the Sangria. Everything was delicious! Would definitely visit again!

We visited Moon Cheese for my son’s birthday before attending a NYCFC game. We had the BEST time! They were able to accommodate a party of 11 with no problems. The food was absolutely amazing! We had Tatiana as our server and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about the food and gave great suggestions! Tatiana heard it was our son’s birthday and she made it extra special with a bubble machine as we sang Happy Birthday. My family thoroughly enjoyed our experience and can’t wait to go back! This is a must try restaurant!

Came all the way from Dallas Texas and enjoyed the best passion fruit margaritas I ever had in my life! Customer service was great food was good we had some of the chicken and beef empanadas and they were absolutely amazing. If I ever come back to new York I would eat here again. Also my daughter had the cheese pizza it was fire! They have this green sauce that is mind blowing. Would recommend 10/10 definitely a

Came for happy hour and got the passion fruit margs on the rocks. Didn’t need that second round, but here we are! Beef empanadas were out of this world. Hearty, filled with beef and potato and a bucket of sensational sauces that complimented the empanadas and the pizza alike. Would definitely recommend for quick bites.

The service was immaculate. Ana did a fantastic job at giving us a great experience. It was our first time here and she was attentive, kind, and fun! At the end she let us spin the wheel to win a prize and I got a free soda, but I was a little bummed because I wanted to win a free shot, but she gave me it anyways! Not just the service, but the food was actually really good. It is a lowkey place, but with great food with great portions for a fair price. The drinks were definitely potent as well. We ordered the arepas for 2 that came with nachos, colombian hot dog, premium steak fries that came with a fire show, sangria, and a modelo. Everything was so filling that I had to take most of the food to go. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

In Moon Cheese, the food is excellent, tasty and delicious, service is amazing, and the environment makes it feel clean. Ready to come again!!!!

A hidden gem in the neighborhood! Incredible food, the friendliest service and decent prices! Fun games on the tables for kids, and really cool artwork all around. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you for a great family dining experience!
